Every so often, especially NEW CALENDAR YEAR, most insurance companies will require you to update insurance information, whether you may OR MAY NOT have other medical insurance coverage. This notice typically comes in a letter or an email NOTIFICATION delivery. You are required to respond back to the insurance company, via email, phone or mail back questionnaire.
