Every so often, especially NEW CALENDAR YEAR, most insurance companies will require you to update insurance information, whether you may OR MAY NOT have other medical insurance coverage. This notice typically comes in a letter or an email NOTIFICATION delivery. You are required to respond back to the insurance company, via email, phone or mail back questionnaire. Until the insurance company receives this requested information, insurance vendor will not process any claims that are submitted. This means Lighthouse Pediatrics will not receive any payment for the services rendered.  If the insurance company does not receive a response within 30 days, the charges will become patient's responsibility.

To avoid unnecessary interruption and confusion to your medical insurance plan, please response back to the insurance vendor in a timely manner.  As alway, any changes in your insurance plan, when booking an appointment or checking in for your appointment, please inform the Front Desk Staff .

Thanks you for your cooperation in advance.
