Flu Season is upon us.  It is important to protect your child and family.  Flu Clinic Hours are as followed:  Monday and Friday: 2-430 PM and Wednesday: 10AM-12PM.  When NYC public schools are closed, additional Flu Clinic hours are available.  Call office for additional Flu Clinic Hours.

NEW: Saturday Flu Clinic Hours are offered on these 3 Saturdays, 930 AM to 1230 PM:

The first weeks and months after a baby is born are wonderful feelings, yet sometimes difficult time in a woman's life.  It's more enjoyable when you can sit and talk about it with other new mothers, and also have your questions answered. A Breastfeeding Support Group will meet up at Lighthouse Pediatrics on the last Friday of each month, 9AM - 10:30AM.  Expectant moms are welcome to join the meeting.  No advanced registration is required. Walk-In-Hour Office Visits are as follows:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM.  Walk-In-Hour office visits are only for established patients to address minor illnesses (e.g. rash, sore throat, earache, fever and cold). Patients with chronic or complicated illnesses will be required to schedule an office visit during regular office hours.  There will be no Walk-In-Hour visits on Fridays and Saturdays. Walk-In-Hour visits are subject to change.  The office phone will not be turn ON until 9 AM.

To avoid delays in completing your form, please check to make sure your child's last well check up was completed within the last 12 months. Note: Children under 4 years old, check up should be within 6 month.  Please complete the parent's sections of the form before submitting the form to us for review.  Allow 5 business days for forms to be completed and uploaded back into the webportal site.
